Membership has always been a part of the Greater Govanhill fabric. Being a member of Greater Govanhill means that our magazine can stay independent and away from the claws of big corporations. Subscription is not a new concept in the contemporary media landscape with many broadsheets and special interest publications sitting behind a digital paywall. What makes our membership model different is that our quality-driven journalism is - and always will be - free to read. We will never implement a paywall.
For us, membership is about more than just subscriptions. Our membership gives people a say in the future direction of the magazine and keeps the magazine free in solidarity with those who may not otherwise be able to afford the magazine.

Our membership is offered on a Pay What You Can (PWYC) basis from as little as £4 per month, which is the average price of a cup of coffee these days, but can be increased if you would like to support us more. With your membership, you get:
