Southside residents join Palestinian call for solidarity by banging pots at 6pm
A mass pot banging protest for Gaza is happening tonight at 6pm across Glasgow and beyond, with residents gathering at Langside Hall and other sites to demand an end to starvation and siege in Palestine.
Local Residents Stage 'Read-In's Calling on Glasgow Life to Reopen Local Libraries
Residents of Pollokshields and Langside are staging a 'Read In' every Saturday from 11am-12noon to show support for their local libraries which, along with Govanhill library, all currently remain closed.
