Last Friday I hosted a live radio show with local people from the community. This is the story of how we managed to produce and present an hour long radio show together with the help of Greater Govanhill and Radio Buena Vida, and how it changed the way I feel about my performance anxiety.

As part of Refugee Festival Scotland on Wednesday 22nd June, Radio Buena Vida will be airing the show as a culmination of a number of workshops with those with experience of the asylum system.

Greater Govanhill is pleased to announce that we have received a small amount of funding from the Scottish Refugee Council to produce a radio show on Radio Buena Vida for Refugee Festival Scotland.

Greater Govanhill are pleased to announce a new, free training course teach young people who are under-represented in the media with a variety of journalism skills including interviewing, video producing, writing and podcasting.
